§ 11-2. Notice of violation.

The subdivision agent or the city manager is hereby authorized and empowered to notify in writing the developer of any violation of this ordinance, and direct the said developer to comply with the terms of this ordinance within such reasonable time specified in the notice. Such notice shall be [by] registered or certified mail, addressed to such developer at his last known address.
