§ 11-1. Violations generally.

In any case if any violation or attempted violation of a provision of this ordinance, the subdivision agent may institute appropriate proceedings or action to prevent such violation or attempted violation, to restrain, correct or abate each violation or attempted violation to prevent any action which would constitute such a violation.
