§ 26-3. Fees.

The city council may establish, by resolution, fees for cemetery lots, burial spaces, and services in connection with interments and in connection with the maintenance and operation of Highland Cemetery. The fees shall be as set forth in the schedule of rates and levies adopted by the city council. Copies of such schedule are on file in the office of the city manager.
