§ 5-1. Conference with city manager.

Each subdivider should confer with the city manager and his staff before preparing the preliminary plat, in order that he may become familiar with the requirements of these regulations and the comprehensive plan as they may apply to the land proposed to be subdivided, it being understood that the planning commission shall not be bound by any statements made in such conference.
