§ 4-11. Fees.

There shall be a charge for the examination and approval or disapproval of every preliminary plat reviewed by the agent. At the time of filing the preliminary plat, the subdivider shall deposit with the agent checks payable to the Treasurer of the City of Norton in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per plat and five dollars ($5.00) for each lot that will be developed in the first phase of a multi-phase plan, if the subdivision contains five (5) lots or more; if the subdivision contains less than five (5) lots, the charge shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per plat.
